Getting to MTE
MTE 2023 is located at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort:
9939 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819
Turn into the property from Universal Blvd, then follow the road to the self-parking lot.
Valet parking is also available, follow the road up to the main hotel entrance.
Wednesday Night – January 25
If you’re here Wednesday night and already registered online, pick up your badges early so you’re ready to go for that 8:00 AM session Thursday morning. Head to the registration desk just past the restaurants as you head towards the conference center. We’ll be open from 4pm-8pm.
Grab a drink at the Headwaters Lounge which is just across the hallway and kickoff your weekend of networking!
Thursday Morning – January 26
Education Day kicks off Thursday morning with the first sessions at 8:00 AM.
Registration will be open starting at 6:30 AM, so if you do not yet have your badge or still need to register, you will have some time before sessions begin.
You must be registered for Education Day to attend the classes. If you registered for Expo only and would like to add Education, we can upgrade you at the registration desk.
The main registration desk is downstairs in the conference center. Follow the signs for MTE, go downstairs and the registration desk will be on your left.
Thursday Afternoon – January 26
At 12pm, all sessions will break for an hour lunch. The Education Day Lunch, included with your Education Day registration, will be served in the main foyer outside of the session rooms.
Thursday Night – January 26
After Education Day, it’s time to unwind and share a drink with your new friends.
The Welcome Party kicks off at 4:30pm after the Keynote from Renny Doyle. Enjoy a complimentary drink courtesy of NAPDRT! Find any MTE staff and get two free drink tickets.

Friday Morning – January 27
The Expo part of the show kicks off Friday morning at 10am.
We’ll have registration open at 9am in case you need to pick up badges.
We have over 100 exhibitors on the show floor, ready to sell their products and services, many of them running specials for MTE only. If you plan on buying tools or supplies at the show, bring a backpack or extra suitcase! Some items are large and bulky and can take up space quickly.

Dent Olympics and Dent Tag Team – January 27
Stop by the Dent Olympics area, also on the main expo floor. The competitions will happen Friday and Saturday throughout the day, with the awards following it Saturday night.
Friday Night – January 27
After the show closes on Friday, meet us in the main foyer for Community Night!
Close out your day with a drink (we’ll have bars set up) and check out the People of the Year awards, these are audience nominated awards for individuals who are exceptional leaders in the industry, followed by the Golden Mic Awards, where we award audience-chosen podcasts for their influence and support of the industry.
Saturday – January 28
The final day of the show opens up the Expo floor again so you can keep shopping and meet with the manufacturers of the products you use every day.

The show concludes with the Dent Olympics and Dent Tag Team awards.
Contestants are judged and awarded based on their skill, timeliness, and professionalism. The winners also receive awesome gift packages from our Exhibitors.
