your entry, please
remember to include
the following:
two(2) of your
business cards and a
copy of
your company
letterhead or a
blank invoice
showing your
company name,
address and phone
numbers. The
Stripe-In and
Vehicle/Trailer
contests require
photographs.
2. You can mail your
entry by U.S, Mail
(P.O. Box 5950,
Clearwater, FL
33758-5950), FedEx,
or UPS (2178 Egret
Drive, Clearwater,
FL 33764-6680).
However, please
remember the contest
dates and that
entries received
after
December 31st, 2011
will not be in our
hands in time for
processing.
3. Awards, Prizes,
Trophies, Ribbons
and/or Certificates
will be awarded for
1st, 2nd and 3rd
place finishers. We
reserve the right to
award multiple
winners. All
entrants
will receive a
Certificate. Awards
and Prizes will be
based on the total
number of
participants for
each
contest. All entries
will be judged
anonymously. Judging
will be done by
Independent sources
and all decisions
are
final. Winners will
be announced
Saturday, the last
day of
the Expo and you do
not need to be
present to win.
4. Winners are
responsible for all
shipping and
handling
charges for any
awards and/or
prizes.
We
are anxious to

this EXPO and
contests the
